I already sent a subject in this regard, but I am just trying to find out why I am unable to download anything when I want to, because every time I click on downloading anything then it says I am not allowed or permitted yet to go into this place.

I would appreciate that if you can help me and let me know the reason, because I have also registered and don't know what the problem could be.
